Free Style Stuffed Peppers

I was inspired by the recipe on "Practical Paleo" (page 300) and created these stuffed peppers with ground turkey. I called it "free style" because I could see myslef making this dish often, and each time will probably use different ingredients and spices. I love these stuffed peppers, it's another foolproof paleo dish, yum!
