The 1st one is Chocolate Coconut Cookie (recipe from "Practical Paleo" page 394), and the 2nd one is Chocolate Chip Cookie (recipe from "Make It Paleo" page 358). While my cookies didn't look as pretty as the books, but they sure tasted delicious!

Foolproof Paleo Cookies
Tried two new paleo recipes last night, one from "Practical Paleo" and one from "Make It Paleo". Both turned out so good, hubby (not a paleo eater) even said these cookies were the best he had ever had!
The 1st one is Chocolate Coconut Cookie (recipe from "Practical Paleo" page 394), and the 2nd one is Chocolate Chip Cookie (recipe from "Make It Paleo" page 358). While my cookies didn't look as pretty as the books, but they sure tasted delicious!
